Dave brings 35 years of experience to Hometown National Bank as President , CEO and Senior Trust Officer. Prior to Hometown, Dave worked at both large and small financial institutions in various sales, retail, brokerage, investment and trust administration management roles including most prominently as Executive Vice President and Head of Wealth Management and Retail Banking for a sizable LaSalle County, Illinois bank. He got his start in the financial industry in Chicago first with Fidelity Investments and then with the First National Bank of Chicago (now JP Morgan Chase). A graduate of the University of Illinois in Urbana, Dave resides with his wife and children in Minooka, Illinois. Dave is Past-President of both the Greater Joliet Estate Planning Council and the Illinois Valley Estate Planning Council. He is the Treasurer of the Illinois Valley Community College Foundation, and a Board Member for the Joliet Junior College Foundation, the Workforce Investment Board of Will County, and the Hegeler Carus Mansion Foundation.

Tammy brings 25 years of experience to Hometown National Bank, Investment Management and Trust Department with the title of Vice President & Trust Officer – Manager of Trust Services. Prior to Hometown, Tammy worked at both large and small financial institutions in sales, personal trust and retirement plan administration. She began her career in the financial industry in Springfield with First National Bank of Springfield. A graduate of the University of Illinois in Springfield, Tammy resides with her husband and children in Utica, Illinois. Tammy has been active with the Bureau County Red Cross, Illinois Valley United Way, IV Lead, Board Member for the Illinois Valley YMCA, and an active member of the LP to Peoria St. Jude Run, North Central Illinois Estate Planning Council, and LaSalle Business Association.

Beth has over 36 years of experience in the Hometown National Bank Investment Management and Trust Department. She started with the bank in 1986 after graduating from LaSalle Peru Township High School. She began her career in trust operations learning and enjoying every aspect of the trust and investment business and now currently serves as Vice President &Trust Officer. Beth is an active member of the North Central Illinois Estate Planning Council. She currently resides with her husband in Peru and has lived in the area her entire life. She looks forward to working with her fellow officers and helping with our client’s needs.

As a Trust Officer, Heather brings an abundance of experience professionally and personally, to our clients. Heather has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. In 2017, Heather honed her craft by focusing her work assisting attorneys with estate planning and special needs planning. Heather is an asset to our community with her pool of personal and professional knowledge in the field of estate and trust planning and administration, as well as special needs trust planning and administration. Heather understands the intricacies involved with administering your wishes and is committed to seeing it through from the beginning to end. As the parent of three children, the youngest having Down Syndrome, Heather is passionate about helping the special needs community and is committed to making sure they are served properly to their individual needs.
